| Call us for exact dates. We have scheduled departures as well as custom dates to match your needs and travel plans. Once you've selected your dates of travel, your space can be held with a 25% non-refundable deposit which will hold your space for up to 61 days prior to departure. You will be invoiced for the balance due which must be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure. Payments may be made by check, wire transfer to our account at Bank of America or by credit card. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and refunds will be made based on number of days prior to travel that the reservation is cancelled: 61 days prior 15% of package price 60 - 45 days prior 50% of package price 45 – 31 days prior 65% of package price 30 days or less 100% of package price A $50 cancellation fee will also apply. Transfer of travel dates are charged at $50 per person. Complete terms and conditions will be sent at time of booking. Travel Protection/Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
